Job summary

Third Space Therapy is seeking experienced Licensed Supervisors to provide board-required clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians as they work toward full licensure and deliver telehealth services to the Medicaid community.

Supervise from anywhere on a schedule you set, with your professional judgment and board requirements guiding practice. Must hold an LMSW in Michigan, have board approval, and carry malpractice coverage; Spanish ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• A valid LMSW license in good standing in Michigan with board approval to provide clinical supervision.
• Master’s degree in Social Work.
• Proven track record of guiding associates to full licensure.
• Malpractice coverage ($1M per occurrence / $3M aggregate).
• Familiarity with clinical documentation and treatment planning under Medicaid guidelines.
• Experience with EHR systems and other digital tools.
• Quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office with reliable internet for confidential virtual sessions.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish preferred and additional languages a plus.
