You’ll communicate with parents, follow weekly curricula, and help create a positive, energetic environment that makes learning enjoyable. No prior coaching experience is required—just enthusiasm, teamwork, and a love for helping children

• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil’ Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
