Sofive Soccer Center is seeking Lil’ Kickers coaches to nurture young players in a fun, safe environment. Entry level position with training provided and weekend shifts available.

Ideal candidates are energetic, kid-centric, and reliable, with strong communication skills to liaise with parents and staff. Join a team dedicated to making soccer enjoyable for kids while following a structured curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child’s progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil’ Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
