No coaching experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work weekends and follow a 13-week program, focusing on kid-friendly communication and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child’s progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil’ Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
