Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers in Covina, CA is seeking Lil’ Kickers coaches to inspire and teach young players through fun, age-appropriate sessions.

Entry level welcome; training provided. You’ll weekend-work, follow a 13-week program, and communicate with parents while keeping kids engaged and safe.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child’s progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil’ Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil’ Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
