You'll deliver Lil' Kickers classes, manage equipment, keep a clean and energetic environment, and support program success. Weekend availability and a flexible schedule align with our dynamic community-focused program.

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Sales or retail experience preferred; Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Lil' Kickers classes while setting the standard for coaching quality and engagement.
• Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment during all sessions.
• Support additional operational needs to ensure program success.
