Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking a Lil’ Kickers Coach to lead youth soccer sessions and shape player development at our Hatfield site. You’ll deliver engaging Lil’ Kickers classes, uphold high coaching standards, and help maintain a welcoming, energetic environment for players and families.

We value passion for youth development, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Weekend evenings and weeknights are required, with a flexible schedule based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Passion for soccer and youth development.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop coaching staff.
• Customer-service mindset with strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Sales or retail experience preferred.
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, but not required.

• Manage equipment and uniform inventory to maintain professional standards.
