Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer, is seeking Lil' Kickers Coaches to nurture young players and provide a fun, structured learning environment. You will follow a weekly curriculum and support children's early development on our soccer floors.

Ideal for energetic individuals, the role emphasizes safety, parent communication, brand representation, and community events. Entry-level coaching with training is provided, weekend shifts are required, and a 13-week commitment is expected.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
