Job summary

Sofive Soccer Centers in Maine seeks passionate Lil' Kickers coaches to nurture young players (18 months to 5 years). No coaching experience required; training provided. Weekend availability and a commitment to 13 weeks are essential.

As a coach, you will communicate with parents, follow the weekly curriculum, and help run grassroots events while representing the Lil' Kickers brand. Energetic, kid-centered, and reliable teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Entry level role; no coaching experience required; training provided.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication with parents and children.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors during classes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents about child's progress before and after classes.
• Follow safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand in customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistent shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager.
