You must have tax credit experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven leadership of on-site teams. Qualifications

• Experience with tax credit/affordable housing programs and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage in a complex regulatory environment and make independent judgments.
• Knowledge of NYC housing regulations and fair housing guidelines.
• Proven track record leading on-site teams and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial results
• Implement Company policies in leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relations
• Supervise and motivate on-site personnel
• Control budget objectives and expenditures
• Perform market analysis and suggest competitive prices
• Manage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate resident services and activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and safety standards
• Direct community maintenance and improvement initiatives
