Qualifications

• Experience with Project-Based Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher, and LIHTC programs.
• Proficiency in file management, rent calculations, and maintaining compliance-related documentation.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with an emphasis on clear and inclusive communication.
• High attention to detail and a strong sense of accuracy in all work.

Responsibilities

• Manage initial, annual, and interim recertifications in line with Section 8 and LIHTC guidelines.
• Apply HUD Handbook 4350.3 income and asset calculations.
• Process tenant applications, leases, renewals, and recertifications.
• Maintain resident records and documentation, support leasing, and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Collaborate with the property management team to optimize occupancy rates.
