HallKeen Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at Palmetto Park Apartments, a 179-unit LIHTC community in Clearwater, FL. The role focuses on resident services, community engagement, and exceptional customer service.

The candidate should have 5+ years in residential property management, with CPM/CAM designations a plus, and strong leadership and communication skills. A $1,000 hiring bonus is offered, and the position includes a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential property management experience.
• CPM, CAM, or equivalent designations are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with attention to detail; strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily operations of the community.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Fair Housing, and all relevant policies.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, AR, and reporting.
• Maintain occupancy targets while minimizing delinquency and maximizing retention.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, waitlist management, and resident selection in accordance with program requirements.
