Responsibilities include coordinating with staff and vendors, ensuring OSHA compliance, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in maintenance, basic trades knowledge, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. On-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience in property maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and climb ladders up to 15 feet.

Responsibilities

• Support Community Manager and ensure property maintenance on schedule.
• Prioritize and process work orders, ensure OSHA compliance and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to deliver timely maintenance and customer service.
• Maintain records and reports, ensure property grounds and units meet quality standards.
• Be on-call on a rotating basis for emergencies.
