• Experience with leasing software such as Yardi, Entrata, MRI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and assess housing needs.
• Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, leases, and background/credit checks.
• Collect rent, security deposits, and move-in fees.
• Explain lease terms and community policies to residents.
