Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is seeking experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals with LIHTC experience in the Tampa area. The role emphasizes compliance, resident-centered service, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have LIHTC leasing experience, knowledge of Fair Housing laws, and hands-on use of Yardi or OneSite. Strong communication and organizational skills are required, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of LIHTC/tax credit apartment leasing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliance.
• Experience with Yardi or OneSite leasing software.
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to tour properties, including walking and stair climbing.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Conduct property tours and communicate features and benefits.
• Guide residents through the application and leasing process.
• Ensure LIHTC compliance during leasing process.
• Process leases, renewals, move-in/move-out docs, and income certifications.
• Respond promptly to inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Accurately handle deposits and rent payments.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure audit-ready files.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.
