Fore Property Company is seeking a LIHTC Leasing Consultant for a tax credit community in Las Vegas, NV. The role focuses on driving leasing activity, delivering excellent customer service, and building relationships with tenants and applicants.

The position requires at least 1 year of leasing experience on a multifamily tax credit property, LIHTC familiarity, and weekend availability. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Yardi Voyager/RENTCafe are valuable assets.

Formación

• Minimum of 1-year prior leasing experience on a multifamily tax credit property required.
• Prior LIHTC experience required.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager and the Yardi/RENTCafe Platform a plus.

Responsabilidades

Salary: $23.00 Annually

Fore Property Company, a privately held and growing national development and property management company is searching for the best-in-class candidates in the industry to join our team as a LIHTC Leasing Consultant for our tax credit community in Las Vegas, NV.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will drive leasing activities, deliver exceptional customer service, and foster positive relationships with tenants and applicants. Excellent communication, customer service, sales and marketing experience are all necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the apartments and target apartments are ready to show and that the tour path is acceptable
• Drive leasing activity by conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through the leasing process.
• Effectively communicates the unique value of the community and amenities.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of lease terms and all community policies
• Close sales to meet property occupancy objectives Complete lease agreements and collects rental deposits
• Greet new residents and manage the move-in process
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends
• Participate in the coordination of community-sponsored events, social media efforts and outreach and other marketing
• Prepare and verify files to meet FPC Management and the applicable State guidelines and policies
• Maintain work area and office in clean and orderly manner
• Courteous and efficient handling of resident requests and complaints

Requirements:
