Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in affordable housing development
• Proven LIHTC project management experience (ground-up or substantial rehab) is a plus
• Understanding of LIHTC financing, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working with public agencies, tax credit investors, and funding partners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Background with nonprofit or mission-driven housing organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of affordable housing developments with a focus on LIHTC projects
• Oversee feasibility, entitlements, financing coordination, design development, and construction
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and reporting requirements
• Coordinate with finance teams on LIHTC applications, closings, and compliance
• Monitor construction progress and address issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and LIHTC compliance
• Support acquisition and due diligence as needed
