Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all business operations at an apartment community. The role requires strong resident relations, effective communication, and leadership to train and supervise on-site staff.

You will supervise leasing and maintenance, analyze performance to guide monthly marketing plans, and manage budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance. The position is on-site with a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in tax credit or affordable housing experience is preferred.
• State and Federal program rules, as well as policies and procedures of low-income housing programs.
• Experience with Onesite software a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff to achieve operational goals, including orientation and training, performance evaluation, and time-sheet review.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service.
• Assist in preparation of budget and adherence to approved budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Provide narrative of all monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
