Job summary

Hunt Capital Partners seeks a Due Diligence Coordinator to support equity investments in LIHTC financing, manage documentation flows, and coordinate third-party reviews through closing and stabilization. You will work with project managers to ensure timely equity disbursements and investor reporting, while maintaining strong client service and confidentiality.

The role requires 4–6 years LIHTC experience and a Bachelor's degree in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate development, finance, accounting, or urban planning.
• 4–6 years LIHTC experience required.
• Experience on the closing team for LIHTC transactions strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional demeanor.
• Ability to work with limited supervision in a time‑sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and maintains portal sites for due diligence sharing related to closings and post-closing installments.
• Coordinates access to portals and ensures documentation is properly saved and labeled.
• Prepares and maintains due diligence checklists with detailed notes for the working group.
• Participates in project due diligence and financing calls; builds rapport with project partners.
• Disseminates approved due diligence to investors and responds to investor queries.
• Reviews due diligence for completeness and accuracy; ensures documents are signed and dated.
• Completes closing binders and migrates them to the company network.
• Coordinates insurance waivers and liaises with insurance consultants for approvals.
• Coordinates environmental reviews and background checks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
