Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric seeks a Due Diligence Coordinator to support project managers in LIHTC equity closings and disbursements. You will manage documentation flow, third-party reviews, and investor communications to ensure timely, accurate closings.

The role requires 4–6 years LIHTC experience, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment with some travel for site visits and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate development, finance, accounting or urban planning preferred.
• 4–6 years LIHTC experience required.
• Experience on LIHTC closing teams strongly preferred.
• Experience with escrow processes preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain portal sites for due diligence sharing related to closings and post-closing installments.
• Coordinate access to share portals and manage documentation labeling.
• Prepare and maintain due diligence checklists with notes for working group reviews.
• Participate in project diligence and financing calls; build rapport with project partners.
• Disseminate due diligence to investors and respond to investor queries.
• Review diligence for completeness; ensure documents are signed and dated.
• Complete closing binders and migrate them to the company network.
• Coordinate insurance waivers and liaise with insurers for closing approvals.
• Coordinate environmental reviews and ensure reports are up to date.
• Coordinate background searches and update them as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
