The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of LIHTC experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The compensation range is $95,000-$110,000, with eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years LIHTC experience required.
• Experience on the closing team for LIHTC transactions strongly preferred.
• Experience with the escrow process preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document flow among equity transaction parties.
• Prepare and maintain due diligence checklists.
• Participate in financing calls and respond to investor queries.
• Ensure project due diligence is complete and accurate.
