Job summary

Paradigm Management Corp in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage LIHTC compliance at one of our apartment communities. The role coordinates with Leasing Professionals to process affordable housing paperwork and verifies eligibility, leases, and addenda.

Qualifications

LIHTC program knowledge and Fair Housing Laws are essential.
Experience with tenant income certification for LIHTC preferred.
Customer service experience in a related service field is desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with Leasing Professionals to ensure timely processing of affordable housing paperwork.
Review financial information to determine eligibility before compliance review.
Confirm lease and addenda documentation are complete and accurate.
Enter data and electronically transmit information to internal and external sources.
Participate in training to stay current on affordable housing requirements.
Lease apartments as needed and address prospect/resident questions promptly.
Complete audits and reports related to LIHTC requirements.
Support Property Manager/Assistant Manager as needed.
