Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Lighting Installer to install and maintain lighting systems in customer facilities. You will travel domestically, work from ladders/scaffolds/aerial lifts, and ensure safety compliance while delivering professional customer service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1+ year lighting/electrical experience, and a valid driver's license. Candidates must be reliable with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Work rotating shifts as project requirements dictate.

Job description

• Comply with FSG safety policies
• Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballast, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems
• Work cohesively with crew and crew foreman, understanding assigned tasks
• Work safely without damaging or disturbing customer facilities
• Work from ladders, scaffolds, aerial lifts, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
• Perform physically demanding tasks using basic and specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process
• Travel for up to 10 days, including 2 paid travel days and 8 working days, followed by 4 days off
• Work rotating shifts, including 1st, 2nd, or occasionally 3rd shift, according to project requirements
• Install lighting products safely and neatly in customer facilities
• Provide professional customer service and apply lighting retrofit strategies

Requirements
