Job summary

EVENLITE LLC is seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Sales Engineer to support National Sales Managers with technical training, documentation, and customer needs. You will build client relationships and drive sales using your product knowledge.

Responsibilities include developing presentations, handling technical inquiries, and contributing to turnkey projects. Travel for training and shows is required; strong communication and lighting controls familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of technical sales experience.
• Familiarity with lighting controls and mechanical/technical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; effective closer.

Responsibilities

• Learn our full product line and become a technical expert in lighting controls and inverters.
• Create and/or revise technical support documentation and presentations.
• Provide technical support and training via phone, email, MS Teams and in-person meetings.
• Travel to perform training and customer consultations; attend trade shows as needed.
