Qualifications

• Familiarity with lighting controls; 3+ years of technical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn full product line and capabilities to become a technical expert in lighting industry controls and inverters.
• Create and/or revise technical support documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding technical issues including designs and layouts.
• Transfer industry, technical, and product knowledge to customers, sales representatives and employees.
• Develop standard presentations, sales support materials and certified AIA training programs.
• Assist in the development of formal sales proposals.
