Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Technical Sales Engineer for Emergency Lighting Controls and inverters in the United States. The role focuses on becoming a technical expert, delivering presentations, and supporting customers and reps with product knowledge.

You will travel about 30% and contribute to sales proposals, demonstrations, and training programs, ensuring customer requirements are met while delivering real safety impact.

Qualifications

• Becoming a technical expert across our lighting controls and inverters.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations and training materials.
• Provide technical support via phone, email, Teams and in person.

Responsibilities

• Become a technical expert across our full product line of lighting controls and inverters, and transfer that knowledge to customers, reps, and internal teams
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, sales support materials, and certified AIA training programs
• Provide technical support and training via phone, email, MS Teams, and in person, diagnosing issues and driving them through to resolution
• Partner with National Sales Managers to build sales proposals and product demonstrations
• Build and grow client relationships with roughly 30 percent travel
