The Sales Associate II role provides hands-on experience, training, and opportunities to advance to a Commission Sales Associate I after a training period. Under supervision, you will learn store operations, merchandise handling, and customer service with a focus on sales processes and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working with people and providing superior customer service.
• Must be able to multi-task and work evenings and weekends.
• Must have a valid driver's license and an automobile to drive to homes for in-home demonstrations/consultations.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and assist with loading/unloading.
• Assist in stocking and merchandising according to style, size, and type.
• Provide customer service and assist customers at the point of sale.
• Handle cash/reading of sales or product availability at registers.
