Job summary

Lamps Plus, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate II to learn store operations under supervision and support the sales process. This transitional role offers exposure to product knowledge, training, and customer service excellence.

Ideal candidates will assist with merchandise handling, in-store displays, and customer interactions while preparing for a transition to a full Sales Associate I role after training.

Qualifications

• Motivated, energetic individual who enjoys working with people and providing superior customer service.
• Must be able to multi-task and work evenings and weekends.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and access to a car for in-home demonstrations/consultations.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise deliveries and assist with loading/unloading.
• Assist with shelving and inventory tasks and price merchandise.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support sales process.
• Assist with in-store displays, audits, and merchandising.
