Lightstyles | LS - Costa Mesa is seeking a Sales Associate to advise homeowners, architects, builders, designers, contractors, and electricians on lighting options and services, ensuring friendly, professional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.

The role involves building relationships, explaining product features, quoting pricing, processing orders in the ERP/CRM/POS system, and assisting on the showroom floor and by phone to deliver accurate orders and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of retail sales experience in lighting, interior design, home improvement or related industries preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/POS software and other sales tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist homeowners, interior designers, builders, and architects with lighting needs.
• Meet or exceed gross margin sales goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service on showroom floor and over the phone.
• Load products into customers’ vehicles and manage inventory.
