Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing quotes, and converting quotes to orders. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely shipments and accurate pricing, contributing to continuous quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ years of sales experience or related field
• Strong customer-service and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering the showroom
• Create quotes with acceptable gross margins
• Follow up to secure orders and convert quotes
• Enter and bill orders in a timely manner
• Coordinate shipments/delivery with internal teams
• Review pricing for accuracy and support promotions
• Maintain up-to-date customer contacts and records
• Assist with inventory or other duties as needed
