Job summary

Solisusa is seeking a proactive Lighting Sales professional to identify and develop opportunities across multi-location clients, including retail chains, dealerships, and industrial facilities. You will audit current lighting systems, promote LED upgrades and lighting controls, and nurture long-standing client relationships. Travel within California is required.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a results-driven approach with a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in lighting sales or strong lighting background.
• 3–5 years in lighting industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to client satisfaction.
• Willing to travel within California as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Detail-oriented; able to work independently and manage your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target and develop opportunities in multi-location client lighting services and retrofits.
• Identify prospects in multi-location retail chains, auto dealerships, real estate, industrial facilities and warehouses.
• Focus on selling lighting maintenance services for interior and outdoor systems.
• Audit facilities to document current lighting systems and conditions.
• Develop opportunities to upgrade to energy-efficient LED lighting and lighting controls.
• Be open to travel within California as required.
• Maintain relationships with clients who have been served for 25+ years.
