Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

If you are a Sales Leader with experience selling LED Drivers to the OEM market, please read on!

This is a big opportunity for a driven sales executive, who can bring in new business and eventually manage a portfolio of clients/businesses who will distribute our systems.

This person will work remotely, must live close to a local airport as you'll travel 50% of the time, and focus heavily on these markets: Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Work remotely from your home + travel 50% of the time to meet with clients and generate new sales
  • Generate new sales & clients in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico and Oklahoma
  • Manage contracts that have a 3-6 month average sales cycle
  • Source for new leads
  • Attend industry LED tradeshows 1-2 times/year
  • Travel to Texas maybe 1 time/quarter
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Define short & long-term sales strategies for regions
  • Develop customer product positioning and pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal engineers, marketing team, customer support staff, and inside sales support team

What You Need for this Position

  • 3+ years of experience selling LED Drivers, Modules & Emergency Back Up Drivers to the Lighting OEM market
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time to meet with clients and generate new business
  • Experience creating budgets, cost schedules, and managing pricing decisions
  • Technical experience with MS Office & at least 1 CRM tool
  • Easy access to an Airport for travel
  • Valid Driver's License for travel

Benefits

  • Uncapped commission with Year 1 OTE: $140k-$175k & Year 2 OTE: $200k+
  • Residual commission on existing contracts
  • Commission is paid monthly
  • Health Benefits - 75% paid by the employer
