This position offers the opportunity to join top-performing sales/design professionals earning over $100k in commission annually. We are currently seeking experienced salespeople interested in home organization, with a flexible schedule, remote work options, and income control.

Closet Factory, a nationally recognized franchise with over 40 years of industry leadership, designs, manufactures, sells, and installs custom storage solutions including closets, home offices, garages, and more. Our sales territory covers San Antonio and surrounding Texas counties.

We provide comprehensive training and support, aiming for candidates who are dedicated, creative, and committed to professional growth. Ideal candidates will have:

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Basic computer skills (MS Outlook, SFDC, Excel, Word, CAD)
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational and follow-up skills
• Design and space planning experience (preferred)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relationship-building skills and networking ability
• Trainability and coachability
