Job summary

Puget Sound Energy seeks a detail-oriented Business Projects Analyst to support street lighting projects and pole services accounting. The role coordinates research, billing, and master data, ensuring compliance with tariffs and company policies while enabling revenue growth.

You will work with project managers, engineers, and finance to ensure timely, accurate order flow, data integrity, and reporting, with emphasis on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in accounting, business, construction management or equivalent.
• Four years of experience in construction services or related field.
• Knowledge of utility operations, customer construction, and accounting.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with ad hoc reporting from multiple hubs.

Responsibilities

• Create, monitor and edit work orders and service notifications in SAP.
• Maintain technical master data including equipment records.
• Audit pricing, data accuracy and customer information.
• Generate consumption billing and support construction accounting activities.
• Lead automation and process improvement initiatives.
