Stfrancis is seeking a Lighting Designer to create precise lighting layouts in Revit and perform photometric calculations using AGI32 or LightStanza. The role includes energy code compliance work, report writing, and preparing renderings and presentation materials.

You will develop luminaire schedules and gather product sheets while collaborating closely with the design team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a proactive project attitude, and experience with BIM tools such as

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent knowledge of Revit.
• Familiarity with BIM applications such as SketchUp, Enscape, Navisworks, Lumion, and Rhino.
• Students actively pursuing a 4-year degree in an accredited design or engineering program with a focus on lighting design.
• Strong prioritization and time-management skills.
• Well-developed Microsoft Office proficiency.
