Position: Lighting Showroom Design Consultant

We are seeking a career-driven individual with an understanding of current interior design trends. This knowledge, along with provided training, will enable success in assisting our customers.

The showroom designer's ability to create a seamless and collaborative experience for each customer is essential in providing an exceptional lighting selection experience.

Compensation: Annual Base Salary Range $40,000 to $46,000, including base hourly pay plus monthly and quarterly commissions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers to offer design expertise and lighting solutions.
2. Perform professionally in a high-end lighting retail showroom environment.
3. Participate in daily showroom operations.
4. Engage in product training meetings with manufacturer sales representatives.
5. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
6. Develop comprehensive knowledge of all lighting products.
7. Manage customer orders from sale to satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years' experience in retail, design, sales, or customer service.
• Willing to undergo training for this position.
• Benefits include 401K, paid holidays, and paid time off.

Position Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Sunday: 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Days Off: Thursday and Friday
