LSI Industries Inc. in Blue Ash, OH seeks an on-site Engineering Manager - Lighting Controls to lead the Applications & Technical Support team, oversee design, commissioning, and deployment of luminaire integrated lighting control systems for commercial projects.

The role requires strong leadership, PM experience, and deep knowledge of Bluetooth Mesh and wireless networks. Travel may be required to support customers and field teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in lighting controls or related industry.
• 2+ years in leadership, supervision, or PM roles.
• Experience designing deploying and troubleshooting lighting control systems.
• Strong knowledge of Bluetooth Mesh and WiFi networks.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Lighting Controls Applications and Technical Support team.
• Oversee design, commissioning, and support of lighting control systems.
• Manage projects, milestones, and risks with cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance on proprietary and third‑party controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing.
