SEESCO Lighting, Inc. is seeking a Controls Solutions Specialist II in Dallas to support sales teams with lighting controls design and applications while managing small to mid-size projects.

You will review plans, develop system layouts, prepare quotations, and coordinate with manufacturers to meet specifications. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, a related degree, and proficiency in Office tools and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of lighting controls and electrical systems.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Support sales teams with lighting controls design and application recommendations.
• Independently review project plans and specifications.
• Develop control system layouts, riser diagrams, and sequences of operation.
• Prepare accurate quotations, budgets, and bills of materials.
• Coordinate directly with manufacturers on technical and product requirements.
• Review and process submittals and shop drawings.
• Troubleshoot controls issues remotely and coordinate support as needed.
• Maintain organized and accurate project documentation.
• Stay current on products, systems, and energy code requirements.
