Army National Guard is seeking a Light-Wheel Vehicle Mechanic to supervise and perform maintenance and recovery operations on wheeled vehicles in the field and in the shop. You will inspect, service, maintain, repair, and test systems; including electrical components and wiring harnesses.

Job training is part of the program, with paid training and a path toward tuition assistance and benefits defined for service members during drill weekends and beyond.

Qualifications

• Interest in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems.
• Interest in automotive engines and how they work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain wheeled vehicles, associated trailers, and material handling equipment.
• Service automotive electrical systems, including wiring harness and charging systems.
