Job summary

The role supports the Maintenance team, inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining and repairing light to medium-duty vehicles and equipment used in mining operations, while upholding safety standards and Peabody policies. Qualifications

• Experience maintaining light to medium-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Ability to estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Familiarity with safety policies and MSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, maintain and repair light/medium-duty vehicles and equipment.
• Read Ford maintenance manuals and parts books to guide repairs.
• Perform welding, cutting and basic engine work as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with safety and MSHA requirements.
• Interact with maintenance team and train junior staff if required.
