Job description

Location: Indianapolis IN 46268 United States

Timing: 06am AM-2:30PM (Flexible)

Contract: 0-3 Months (Possible extension)

Pay: $18 per hour on W2 (All inclusive)

Must have sit-down forklift and stand-up reach forklift experience.

Preference for experience with receiving materials.

The Materials Handler assists with and/or performs the physical and administrative functions required to receive, store, cycle count, and distribute materials, parts, supplies, chemicals, and equipment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders and storage specifications; rejecting unsatisfactory items.
2. Lifting heavy items and preparing goods for shipment.
3. Examining, stocking, and distributing materials.
4. Preparing kitting packages for assembly production.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED with 0-2 years of experience.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Team player.
