The position is highly autonomous and client-facing, offering significant upside with an incentive-driven compensation structure and potential ownership opportunities for the right individual.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with an established book of business within the light industrial construction market.
• Proven ability to generate qualified opportunities and convert relationships into contracted work.
• Experience pursuing projects typically ranging from $2M-$15M; $5M-$20M experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate consistent new business opportunities within the light industrial construction market.
• Build, maintain, and expand a strong book of business.
• Develop relationships with owners, developers, and key industry partners.
• Identify and pursue qualified opportunities aligned with target markets and project sizes.
• Focus on opportunities with strong margins and high probability of award.
• Maintain presence in the market through meetings, networking, and events.
• Develop strategic business development plans and execute them independently.
• Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating to transition opportunities into pursuits.
• Maintain relationships through the pursuit process and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Contribute to long-term growth and expansion of the industrial portfolio.
