Job summary

Hypertherm Associates in Lebanon, NH is hiring a Light Industrial Assembler on the 2nd shift (2:10pm–10:10pm) for $20.65/hour plus 10% differential. No experience is required as on‑the‑job training is provided.

You will join a team building world‑class plasma cutting systems and subassemblies, with strong emphasis on safety, quality and teamwork. We offer a collaborative, employee‑owned culture with profit‑sharing and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and standard work documents
• Ability to work independently alongside team members to build sub-assemblies and finished goods
• Independently troubleshoot errors or failures
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Attention to detail
• Excitement about working with a team and within our collaborative ownership culture

Physical Demands:

• Ability to work with required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Standing for extended periods - 8-hour shifts
• Control handheld power tools
• Requires manual dexterity and repetitive motion activities
