Job summary

RRD Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist to operate offline and finishing equipment, set up machines for production runs, and keep them clean and well lubricated. You will perform routine maintenance, report issues, and may train new team members, while coordinating with crewmates to meet daily production goals.

Starting wage is $16.00/hr to $18.18/hr, with a $1/hr shift differential for the mid shift (9:00 AM–7:00 PM, Tue–Fri); benefits and a total compensation

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment.
• Ability to perform minor clerical tasks related to equipment operation.
• Ability to identify improper operation and adjust accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Operate offline and binding/finishing/packaging equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Maintain and clean equipment; assist maintenance requests as needed.
• Coordinate crewmembers and may train new team members.
