Job summary

RRD Company is seeking a 2nd shift Printing and Bindery Specialist to operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. You will set up machines for production, perform routine maintenance, and help train new team members.

This role requires hands-on competence with standard equipment setups and operating characteristics. The position offers the potential for overtime and a benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with match, tuition assistance,

Qualifications

• Experience with standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment.

Job Description

• Operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment. Set up and adjusts machine and equipment for production runs
• Clean, lubricate and maintain machine to ensure its optimum operation. May troubleshoot issues and submit requests for maintenance as needed
• May coordinate the assignment of crewmembers and may provide training for new team members

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of standard set ups, adjustments and operating characteristics of the equipment and skill to perform standard adjustments and operate the equipment
• Ability to set up, operate, and perform basic adjustments to the equipment according to the individual job requirements, operating characteristics, and capabilities of the equipment

Additional Information

Thepay range for this role at the noted location is$18.24 - $25.63 / hour.The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
