Job summary

RR Donnelley in Missouri is seeking a Printing and Bindery Specialist for the 2nd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am). You will operate offline and auxiliary binding/finishing/packaging equipment and set up machines for production runs.

You will clean, lubricate and maintain equipment, troubleshoot issues and may train new team members. All information remains confidential per EEO guidelines and pre-employment screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with routine operating procedures of equipment that can be set up and operated following a few step by step instructions.
• Skill to perform minor clerical tasks incidental to the operation of the equipment (e.g., maintain machine operating and maintenance records, write new identification labels for computer tapes, etc.).
• Ability to identify if improper machine operation and make basic adjustments.

Thesalary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $16.41 - $22.30/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
