Responsibilities

• Perform emergency roadside assistance (tire changes, jump starts, fuel delivery, lockouts, minor repairs).
• Operate light to medium-duty wreckers & rollbacks for towing and recovery.
• Respond to dispatch calls safely and efficiently with accurate ETA communication.
• Complete daily reports, paperwork, and vehicle logs in a timely manner.
• Inspect, clean, and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to stay ready.
• Provide exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
