• Remain professional and calm in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailers.
• Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recovery.
• Respond to emergency road service calls safely and promptly.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide updates and ETA.
• Complete paperwork and reports for each service call.
• Inspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations.

What You'll Do:
