MUST HAVE HEAVY DUTY WRECKER TOWING EXPERIENCE.......We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our diesel mechanic shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for towing heavy‑duty trucks and trailers, providing roadside assistance, and ensuring the safe transport of vehicles to our repair facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Towing Operations: Safely operate and maneuver a heavy‑duty wrecker tow truck to transport trucks and trailers from various locations to our diesel mechanic shop.
• Documentation: Accurately complete all necessary documentation related to towing jobs, including vehicle condition reports, invoices, and customer service records.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure the safety of yourself, customers, and the vehicles being towed.
• Customer Service: Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on tow truck equipment to ensure it remains in optimal working condition.
• Emergency Response: Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently, often in adverse weather conditions or during irregular hours.
