Job summary

Intermountain Truck and Auto Repair in Bend, Oregon is seeking an A- or B-level Light-Duty Diesel Technician. The role pays $30-$50 per hour and offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends in a five-bay shop.

You will diagnose drivability issues, perform advanced diagnostics on diesel pickups, and complete repairs on Power Stroke, Cummins, and Duramax engines. ASE certification is required after hire, with training reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in light-duty diesel repair.
• Strong diagnostic and drivability skills.
• Experience with Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax.
• Must have own tools.
• ASE certification required after hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose diesel drivability and performance issues using scan tools.
• Perform intermediate to advanced diagnostics on diesel pickups.
• Complete repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
• Service Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax diesel pickups.
• Assist with estimates and parts ordering as needed.
• Aim for first-time right repairs.
